Your price = number of users × plan rate
Example: A company with 25 people choosing Business pays 25 × ₹3,000 = ₹75,000 per year, plus taxes.
That is the whole calculation. Nothing is added unless you choose to buy an add-on pack.
Your storage is shared across your whole team, so nothing is wasted
On Essential, each user adds 25 GB to one company pool. Fifty users means a pool of 1,250 GB.
Your sales director with a huge mailbox draws more from it. Your warehouse supervisor with a small one draws less. Nobody hits a personal limit, and you are not paying for empty space next to a full mailbox.
If the pool eventually fills, we tell you before it becomes a problem and you top it up at the published rate. Your service is not cut off while you decide.
Most archiving decisions stall because the choice looks technical. It is not. Two questions settle it, and the second one only matters for one plan.

The question that decides Essential against Essential+
Ask your team this: “When you go looking for a two-year-old email, do you need it in front of you straight away, or is next day acceptable?”
If the answer is “straight away”, choose Essential+. Legal, audit, compliance and customer support teams usually answer “straight away”. Most other teams do not, and they should not pay for it.
The common complaint about archiving vendors is not the price. It is the charge that appears eighteen months later: storage overage, per-mailbox fees, or a bill to get your own data back when you leave. Here is the complete list of everything else we can charge you. There is nothing beyond it.

Vaultastic is priced per user, per year. Choose a plan and multiply the number of users by the plan rate. Standard plans have a minimum of 10 users, are billed annually in advance, and taxes are extra. There are no per-mailbox fees or charges based on the volume of data you bring in.
No. The plan rate and the four published add-on packs are the complete price list. There is no fee to take your data out. Onboarding and migration assistance can be quoted separately if you want Vaultastic to handle the work.
Each user adds their storage allowance to one company-wide pool. For example, 50 users on Essential provide a 1,250 GB shared pool. If the pool fills up, you can purchase additional storage at the published rates.
Choose based on what you need protected: Essential for email, Business for email and files, and Complete for email, files, chats and SharePoint. Choose Essential+ if you need instant access to older email, or Transformation for large volumes or non-standard requirements.
Both plans protect email and provide 25 GB per user. Essential provides instant access to the last three months, while older data is retrieved on request. Essential+ keeps all data instantly available, regardless of age.
On Essential, Business and Complete, data older than three months is stored in a lower-cost deep store and retrieval can take up to 48 hours. Essential+ provides instant access to all data.
Yes. You can move up a plan at any time. Additional users can also be added during the year and are charged for the balance of the year.
Yes. Vaultastic offers a 14-day free trial with no limits on what you can try. Setup is guided and most customers can be running the same day. Existing data can be loaded using self-service tools in the background.
